Common FAQs...

How long does it take to start a nonprofit?

Most nonprofit founders can begin within 48 hours of booking. For organizations eligible for IRS Form 1023-EZ, approval is often received in about 30 days, depending on IRS timelines.

How long does IRS 501(c)(3) approval take?

For nonprofits using Form 1023-EZ, IRS approval is often received in 2–4 weeks. Full Form 1023 applications usually take longer, but we help reduce delays by making sure your filing is done correctly the first time.

What is included in your $1,500 nonprofit startup package?

Our package includes startup strategy, incorporation guidance, EIN support, bylaws, board structure, IRS 1023-EZ filing help, and fundraising readiness mentoring so your nonprofit launches correctly and is ready to grow.

What is the difference between Form 1023-EZ and Form 1023?

Form 1023-EZ is for fundraising eligible nonprofits, while the full Form 1023 is required for more complex organizations with additional requirements. We help determine the right IRS filing so you avoid costly mistakes and delays.

Do I need a board of directors before filing my nonprofit?

Yes. Most nonprofits need at least 3 non-related (including marriage) board members before filing. We help founders create the right board structure and governance documents so the organization is compliant from day one.

Do you help with fundraising after 501(c)(3) approval?

Yes. After approval, our private mentor sessions will guide you through finding donors, build a fundraising strategy, grant readiness, and board expectations so your nonprofit is ready to raise money and grow sustainably.
